The brief
A consultancy that analyses processes and then builds the solution itself needs a site that carries exactly that difference: concrete rather than consultant-speak, and bilingual without doubling the maintenance.
The approach
German is the default locale, English lives under /en on the same routes. Translatable copy sits in a dictionary, locale-neutral identity separately — so every page is necessarily complete in both languages. Blog posts ship as German/English pairs with idiomatic slugs on each side rather than word-for-word translations.
What was built
Next.js on Vercel, appointment booking through cal.eu, payments via Stripe, an onboarding form, and the complete legal texts including the withdrawal and cancellation forms required by § 312k BGB. Google Analytics loads only after consent.
